A beautiful new set featuring Strukton Rail's Class 1600 ‘Charlotte’ electric locomotive and a container wagon.

- Version with air conditioning and horn box
- Digital control with sound effects
- Pantograph with innovative fastening
- With many separately attached plug-in parts, some made using etching technology
- In digital operation with individually switchable headlights or tail lights and cab lighting
- Container wagon loaded with a 20' container as an estimated battery wagon

Strukton's hybrid locomotive is a standard electric locomotive with an additional battery pack. This allows the catenary-powered locomotive to run at line speed and switch to battery power at lower speeds for ‘last mile’ routes. The battery is automatically charged when the locomotive runs on electrified tracks.
